card deactivation unnecessary trip

the tv had a range of channels, that was fine.

I had a guaranteed 4pm check out, but i returned to the hotel around 12:15pm to find they had already deactivated our room cards. It was an unnecessary trip backwards and forwards, i don't think that's great.

club room friendly staff convenient location cold pool limited drinks basic room

the club room access was great it included snacks and drinks in the evening. the staff at the club lounge were very friendly and helpful . the location was very convenient making it easy to explore with nearby transport options

the pool temperature felt too cold i am used to cool waters. the variety of drinks at the lounge was limited there was no regular coke available. i found the room to be very basic it lacked any wow factor

Excellent Amenities and Convenient Location

easy access birthday cake vegan snacks

the location offered easy access to the mrt and chinatown. the suite upgrade i received was a lovely surprise. the staff acknowledged my husband's birthday in a nice way, arranged a vegan birthday cake (a really nice touch!) in the room and vegan snacks in the club lounge.

the glass bathroom walls offered limited privacy from the bedroom when the lights were on. this design might not suit all travelers.

the club lounge offered complimentary soft drinks throughout the day. it also included alcoholic beverages with canapés between 6 pm and 8 pm. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

the hotel is near two mrt stations. there is also a bus hub close by, made travel around the city easy. chinatown is very close by.
